We have diverse
backgrounds, and like many others in the alpaca business, have come to
love everything about alpacas!
We are in the process of building our 20 acre
ranch in beautiful Grass Valley, CA. Here we have access to some
of the most beautiful land, rivers, and mountains in California.
We are blessed to have excellent alpaca veterinarians here too!
We are located at 2600 foot elevation in the Sierra Nevada Foothills,
giving us what we feel is a perfect alpaca (and people) environment!
Being on the top of a knoll, we get a nice easy breeze to help
keep us and the alpacas cool in the summer, and we get the 4
seasons with a relatively mild CA winter. To us, it is perfect!
A wonderful place to chill out from busy modern lives, by enjoying the
best nature has to offer. What could be better than waking up to the
smiling faces of alpacas, decent land to grow our own food, warm
friendly folks, and the sights, sounds and smells of a quiet paradise
on earth.

workshops for women on actualizing our authentic selves, and other
topics related to women's studies, ecology, and Christianity.

have attended Marti McGee Bennett's Camelidynamics classes,
and have incorporated Marti's ideas into our herd and ranch
management program.
She also provides safety training to
major corporations and others, which include, among other topics, CPR
training. She has an interest in alpaca finished goods,
including fashion wear, and the arts.
