This tour generally consists of a walk through our lane-way to visit the alpacas, allowing you and your friends/family time to get comfortable around them and our Great Pyrenees dogs. During this time we educate you about these marvelous animals. Then, if we and you feel comfortable with getting closer, you can come into their paddock to hang out with them a bit.
Each tour event is unique, as the alpacas and events going on around us, creates a dynamic organic experience together.
Selfies are welcome of course.
The tour ends in our farm store gift-shop, allowing you some time to see if you find any special alpaca souvenirs or gifts you want to take home. Many items are made from our alpacas, and made here, or by local fiber artist.
Fiber Art Tour Extension 20 min
This extension can be added to your tour. This is an additional 15 minutes of learning more about alpaca fiber, demonstrations on what we do with it to turn it into some of the lovely products we sell in our Farm Store. Some hands on for you to feel the alpaca difference.
